One of the central aspects of Chalet Brento's sustainability is the use of energy from renewable sources.
On the roof of the structure there is installed a photovoltaic system with a peak power exceeding 12 kW, connected to a storage system with 30 kWh batteries. 
This allows producing and storing electricity autonomously, drastically reducing dependence on external sources.
Supporting this system, there are also high-efficiency solar thermal panels dedicated to heating sanitary water.
Thanks to these solutions, Chalet Brento limits CO₂ emissions and actively contributes to reducing environmental impact.

In an environment like Monte Brento, where water resources are limited, water becomes a precious asset to manage carefully.
The Chalet is equipped with a rainwater collection system with a capacity exceeding 60 cubic meters.
The collected water undergoes multiple phases of filtration, sterilization, and sanitization, making it suitable for use within the structure.
This system reduces the consumption of water from external sources and enhances a fundamental natural resource, fully respecting the mountain environment.

For heating the rooms and producing sanitary hot water, Chalet Brento uses a traditional storage stove.
Inside the stove is installed a heat exchanger that allows efficient heat distribution, ensuring comfort and continuity.
The wood used comes directly from the surrounding forest, eliminating the impact related to transport and contributing to the management and maintenance of the territory.
This solution represents a perfect balance between tradition and sustainability, offering natural, constant heat with low environmental impact.
